FORCE MAJEURE If cicumstance dictact that there is a cancelation of the event less then a period of one week prior to the event date, 50%
or the aggreed payment shall be made in compensation to the perfomer within 14 days.
If for any reason the perfomer is unable to attend or provide a suttable replacement the client shal recive a show of equal
value for a discount of 50% within a period of 90 days folloing the date of the event.
If the perforer is not paid the night of the event the client will have 10 day to forfill the agreed payment in full.
If payment is not recieved within 10 days a 1.5% of the total payment will be added on the entire amout each day untill payment is recieved, or was sent.
